Personal Training with Sam Spotswood

As a student at UCLA, I found my passion for working out, specifically weight-lifting. A naturally curious gal, I set out to learn everything I could about fitness and how to spread the happiness I derived from it to others. I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer ready to bring my knowledge and expertise to every session to help you reach your wellness goals!

Below, please find a list of package options. Sessions may be conducted online or in-person.

General Workout Program – $60 total

Includes a 10 week workout plan to be completed at your leisure to help you reach improve different aspects of fitness, including endurance, improved body composition, strength, and athleticism.

Personalized Workout Program – $80 total

Includes a 10 week personalized workout program to be completed at your leisure tailored to your needs, experience level, and aspirations.

Single Session – $85 per session

A single session to get you started! Includes a one-hour workout, a lesson on basic mechanics and fitness principles, as well as an assessment of posture and form. May be one on one, or split between two individuals.

Monthly Plan – 10 sessions for $700 monthly ($70 per session)

Includes 10 one-hour one on one sessions per month to be scheduled to your liking, as well as a personalized workout program to follow. Billed upfront or monthly.

10 Week Plan – $2000 total ($50 per session)

Includes up to 4 one on one sessions per week ranging from one hour to an hour and a half in duration. Additionally, I will design and help you implement an individualized workout program to help you meet your long term goals. May be billed up front, or by splitting payments to your liking.

6 Month Plan – $5000 total ($40 per session)

Includes up to 5 one on one sessions per week ranging from one hour to an hour and a half in duration. Sessions will adhere to a personalized workout plan and build upon one another to reach an overarching, long-term goal. May be billed up front, or by splitting payments to your liking.

Yearly Plan – $8000 per year ($30 per session)

Includes up to 5 one on one sessions per week ranging from one hour to an hour and a half in duration. Sessions will adhere to a personalized workout plan and build upon one another to reach an overarching, long-term goal. May be billed up front, or by splitting payments to your liking.

If none of the above general packages work for you, I will gladly discuss further with you to come to an agreement on a personalized package and payment plan to best suit your needs and goals.
